This katana is forged by traditional hand maker craft. The material of the blade is high carbon steel 1060 and 1045 fold forged.(12kg 1060 steel and 8kg 1045steel can only forge out 1.25kg mixed of the blade material). 1060 + 1045 forged,then forge,making blade shape,groove,sharping many process.finally get a 800G blade.
this material blade is flexibility，beacuse we used both soft and hard forge material and way. You can see the hamon easily.
Red(black/white) Saya. High quality rayskin Tsuka. the rope and sageo are imported from Japan. Tsuba are Copper, beautiful and lively. Horn Koiguchi, brass fuchi shira. Middle kisaki.
The blade features a Bo-Hi (blood groove) for better balance and audible feedback when the sword is swung. The is Kissake is medium in length with a well defined Yokote. The blade is full tang and comes razor sharp.
