This katana is the best collection for you or present for your friends, because the blade of this katana is extremely sharp,and we used the most best making way, don't miss such good chance.
Blade：The blade of the sword has been hand forged using the ancient method of sword making. The visible undulating line on the edge was resulted from clay tempering and quenching during forging, it'll never disppear, and will be more distinct with time flies, because it was burned from inner. and you can see a blood groove on the blade.The back of blade looks like jet black due to whetting through a ancient traditional Japanese manual abrasive technique. and the whetstone is rare, now most of swords can't be whetted like this, because the cost is more expensive, and hardly any bladesmith can make use of this abrasive technique. The whole configuration and handwork is as like entirely as that belonging to former samurai. the material of the blade is high-carbon steel1095,inner core steel, which is resilient and able to absorb shocks, in a way, reduces the possibility of the blade breaking or bending. This creates a blade with hard, sharp cutting edge.
The blade features a Bo-Hi (blood groove) for better balance and audible feedback when the sword is swung. The is Kissake is medium in length with a well defined Yokote. The blade is full tang and comes razor sharp.
Guard(Tsuba): This is a very simple but classic tsuba.it had no complex pattern,but for this made it looks very nice,and you'll like it very much.for it's special, Iron found,and it looks very smooth,fashion.
Saya: The Saya(scabbard) has been constructed from hard wood with a high gloss rea lacquer finish. The Kurigata is wooden with a bright copper fitting and a white&yellow cotton Sage-o.the Koiguchi has been lined with black bull horn.
Tsuka: The scabbard (Saya) of the sword is wooden, Upper half of hardwood Saya wrapped with real shark skin, latter half of Saya lacquered in black with gloss finish. A silk Sageo also rolled both sides of Kurikata to match wrappings on Tsuka.
In addition, this katana can be taken apart fully anytime to maintenance. You can unassembled the blade from the handle by taking out two pins. It also comes with a cotton bag. We don' have responsibility for death or injury accident caused by the negligent or misuse for this sword.

1）The sword in the above cutting test video isn't just this actual auction, it only shows this auction has the characteristic of sharp, strong and flexible as the same as that one for cutting test.
2) The weight of blade is 805g (not including scabbard).for shipping we need to add the scabbard and pack weight. so the total weight will be about 2KG.
